§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") set out the rules for the electronic provision of services available on the website into.events (hereinafter: "Service"), operated by:Poltrax sp. z o.o.

GDPR contact: [email protected](hereinafter: "Service Provider"). - The Terms are made available in the Service free of charge in a manner that allows their retrieval, reproduction and recording by means of the ICT system used by the User.
- The Terms are published in fulfilment of the obligation referred to in Article 8(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- Using the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms in their current wording.
§ 2. Definitions
Terms used in these Terms of Service mean:
- Service — the website available at
https://into.eventsand its subdomains, operated by the Service Provider, designed for searching, presenting and aggregating information about endurance sports events (running, cycling, triathlon, skiing, climbing, multisport and others). - User — a natural person aged at least 16 years who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms, including a person using it without creating an Account.
- Account — the individual set of User resources accessible after registration and login.
- Event — an endurance sports event organised by a third party and presented in the Service.
- Event Organiser — a third party independent of the Service Provider, responsible for conducting an Event.
- Sports Data — information about Events presented in the Service, including dates, distances, locations, entry fees, and registration links.
- Privacy Policy — the document available at /polityka-prywatnosci.
- Cookie Policy — the document available at /polityka-cookies.
§ 3. Technical Requirements
- Using the Service requires a device with Internet access equipped with a web browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript and cookies.
- Some features of the Service may require JavaScript to be enabled and certain cookie categories to be accepted.
- The Service Provider is not liable for disruptions in the operation of the Service caused by factors on the User's side.
§ 4. Scope and Nature of the Services
- The Service provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- Search Service — providing an Event search engine with filtering.
- Presentation Service — providing detailed information about Events and Festivals.
- Account Service — enabling the creation and maintenance of a User Account.
- Newsletter Service — sending marketing materials electronically, exclusively after obtaining separate User consent.
- SMS Notifications Service — sending SMS notifications, exclusively after obtaining separate User consent.
- The Service Provider does not organise Events, is not a party to Event registrations and does not collect entry fees. Registrations, payments, and full management of Event participation take place directly with the Event Organiser.
- The Service provides links redirecting to Event Organisers' websites. By clicking such a link, the User leaves the Service and is subject to the Organiser's terms and privacy policy.
§ 5. Registration and User Account
- Some features of the Service (Account Service, Newsletter, SMS Notifications, athlete profiles, wishlist) require the creation of an Account.
- Creating an Account is free of charge and is done by completing the registration form.
- During registration the User:
- provides the required information (email address, password, first name, and optionally other fields),
- confirms that they are at least 16 years old,
- accepts these Terms,
- confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy,
- optionally gives separate marketing consents (email newsletter, SMS marketing, advertising profiling). Withholding these consents does not affect the ability to create or use an Account.
- Each marketing consent is voluntary, independent of the others, and may be withdrawn at any time in the Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
- The User is obliged to keep their Account login credentials confidential.
- The User may delete their Account at any time via Account settings or by sending a request to [email protected].
§ 6. Sports Data — Disclaimer
- Sports Data presented in the Service originates from public sources, Event Organiser submissions, the Service Provider's own aggregation, and integrated partner systems.
- The Service Provider exercises due diligence to ensure the accuracy and currency of Sports Data but does not guarantee its completeness, currency or conformity with the actual state of affairs.
- The authoritative source of information about an Event is its Organiser. Before travelling to an Event, registering, paying an entry fee, or making any decision based on Sports Data, the User is obliged to independently verify the information on the official website of the Event Organiser.
- The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from discrepancies between Sports Data and the actual course or conditions of an Event.
§ 7. Rules of Use
- The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, good practices, and in a manner that does not disrupt the operation of the Service.
- In particular, the following are prohibited:
- providing content of an unlawful, offensive or vulgar nature, or infringing the personal rights of third parties or copyright,
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other Users' Accounts,
- automated retrieval of Service content (scraping) for purposes contrary to
robots.txtor exceeding reasonable personal use, - using the Service for activities that violate applicable law, including competition law, consumer protection law and the GDPR.
- In the event of a breach of the Terms, the Service Provider may, after first calling on the User to cease the breach, block or delete the User's Account.
§ 8. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the Service, including copyright to the graphic layout, source code, editorial content, the name "into.events" and graphic marks, belong to the Service Provider or its licensors.
- Sports Data obtained from Event Organisers or public sources remains the property of the relevant parties; the Service Provider presents it within the scope of permissible informational use.
- The User may use Service content for their own personal use.
- Any use of Service content beyond personal use, including for commercial purposes, requires the prior consent of the Service Provider.
§ 9. Personal Data Protection
- The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable regulations.
- Detailed information about the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy.
- The rules for the use of cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.

§ 10. Complaints
- Complaints may be submitted:
- in writing to the Service Provider's registered address (§ 1(1)),
- electronically to [email protected].
- A complaint should include information identifying the User, a description of the subject of the complaint, and the User's request.
- The Service Provider processes complaints within 30 days of receipt.
- The foregoing does not preclude the right of a User who is a consumer to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, in particular the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 11. Liability
- The Service Provider is liable to the User for damages suffered in connection with the use of the Service only for actual damages (damnum emergens) and only where the damage was caused by the Service Provider's wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for loss of profits (lucrum cessans) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- The exclusion and limitation of liability referred to in paragraph 1 does not apply to Users who are consumers to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is contrary to consumer protection law.
- The Service Provider is not liable in particular for:
- damages resulting from the User's improper use of the Service,
- damages resulting from the User disclosing login credentials to third parties,
- damages resulting from force majeure or failures of third-party infrastructure,
- damages resulting from discrepancies between Sports Data and the actual course or conditions of an Event (§ 6(4)),
- the actions and omissions of Event Organisers and other third parties.
§ 12. Changes to the Terms
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms for valid reasons (changes in law, new Service features, changes in the scope of Services, changes in the Service Provider's details).
- The Service Provider informs Users with Accounts of changes to the Terms by email and by publishing the new version in the Service.
- Changes take effect no earlier than 14 days after notifying Users.
- A User who does not accept the changes may delete their Account at any time.
§ 13. Final Provisions
- Matters not regulated by the Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular:
- the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services,
- the Act of 23 April 1964 — the Civil Code,
- the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights,
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- All disputes arising from the Terms shall be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered seat, subject to consumer protection provisions.
- If any provision of the Terms proves invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- The Terms enter into force on 2 June 2026.
